Throughout his career, he has played a pivotal role in scaling various brands to exceed $50+ million ARR. This includes his contribution to Unilever's latest startup venture where he spearheaded a comprehensive rebranding and growth strategy, propelling the company to $32 million ARR in less than 3 years.
In addition to his career, Dan is the Founder and Board President of Pin Cancer, a nonprofit that gives athletes an avenue to inspire awareness and raise funds for cancer research. Dan founded the nonprofit after his mother was diagnosed with Stage 3 Ovarian Cancer. What started out as a small grassroots campaign in New Jersey, quickly turned into a nationally recognized organization that has grossed over $3 million in donations.
In 2018, Dan co-founded the wrestling shoe and apparel brand Matabourne
(formally Terra Grapplr.) Renowned for its innovative shoe designs and the introduction of the first-ever inner-sock layer, the brand quickly grew as an industry leader and was later acquired.
