From fortune 100 companies to start-ups to his own nonprofit, he has built and led successful marketing strategies, along with teams of all sizes & functions that have transformed the way brands operate, and the revenue they generate.

Dan combines a profound understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics with extensive technical skills and digital platform expertise. This unique blend empowers him to craft and implement exceptionally impactful growth strategies across multiple channels.

By focusing on driving "lean startup" style environments of constant experimentation, testing & learning - Dan has helped many brands 5-10x their customer acquisition, engagement, retention, conversion, and overall brand growth.

Throughout his career, he has played a pivotal role in scaling various brands to exceed $50+ million in ARR. This includes his contribution to Unilever's latest eCommerce venture, FoodServiceDirect. There, he spearheaded a comprehensive rebranding and growth strategy, propelling the company from $6 million to $35 million in revenue in less than 3 years.

In addition to his marketing career, one of Dan's "side hustles" is Pin Cancer, a nonprofit that gives athletes an avenue to inspire awareness and raise funds for cancer research.

Dan founded the nonprofit after his mother was diagnosed with Stage 3 Ovarian Cancer. What started out as a small grassroots campaign in New Jersey, quickly turned into a nationally recognized organization that has grossed over $3 million in donations.

Each year, the organization continues to innovative ways to get the wrestling community involved. From online peer-to-peer fundraising where participants earn gear for hitting fundraising milestones, to the Pin Cancer Nationals were wrestlers of all ages compete for a bigger cause.

Since 2015, the proceeds have been donated to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in memory of Dan's mother, Margie Tramontozzi. Today, the organization is considered to be one of wrestling's most successful charity organizations.

In 2017, Dan co-founded the wrestling shoe and apparel brand Matabourne (formally Terra Grapplr.) Renowned for its innovative shoe designs and the introduction of the first-ever inner-sock layer, the brand quickly exceeded $1 million in revenue. Matabourne maintains its reputation for producing some of the highest quality shoes available in the market.
